  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day

2. Time Zone

  • Daily order processing cut-off time: 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).

3. Shipping Rates

Senzan charges a simple flat rate:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $25 USD

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Shipping Method

Orders are delivered through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Carrier selection is based on delivery location and service availability.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Senzan ships only within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.

6. Order Adjustments

Order changes (item, size, style, etc.) must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.

Once the order enters processing:

  • Adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be changed.

7. Changing the Shipping Address

Address changes are possible before the order ships.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Updated address

If the order has shipped, Senzan cannot reroute the package.

8. Tracking Your Order

Customers will receive a tracking link by email once the order is shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If no updates appear within 48 hours, contact support.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

If incorrect address information is provided:

  • Customer is fully responsible.

  • Senzan is not liable for lost or misdelivered orders.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply.

Customers should double-check their shipping address before confirming an order.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.

After this window:

  • Cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

  • If the order has shipped, the customer must follow the Return Policy after receiving it.

11. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours

  • Provide photos and your order number

  • Senzan will assist with replacement or resolution

12. Sales Tax
